Project Summary
Empire Commercial Construction recently completed the contract for San Lorenzo Montessori in East Rochester, New York. Empire partnered with Greater Living Architecture for design of the over 6,000-square-foot childcare/educational fit out located at 105 Despatch Drive. The space completion and official opening from their Fairport relocation occurred in early January.
The new 6,000-square-foot space features a welcoming lobby; three (3) custom classrooms, each featuring their own size-specific bathrooms and sinks; custom kitchen; laundry facilities; private office; storage; and an outdoor playground with turf and handicap accessible ramp.
