San Lorenzo Montessori Now Open in East Rochester

East Rochester, New York – Empire Commercial Construction, a regional general contractor that specializes in turn-key retail, and small-project construction, recently completed the contract for San Lorenzo Montessori in East Rochester, New York. Empire partnered with Greater Living Architecture for design of the over 6,000-square-foot childcare/educational fit out located at 105 Despatch Drive. The space completion and official opening from their Fairport relocation occurred in early January.

“Empire was proud to help deliver this new educational environment for the East Rochester / Fairport communities and the great team at San Lorenzo,” said Empire President, Josh Myers. “I hope we provided a space where the children can work towards developing their fullest potential through the Montessori materials.”
The new 6,000-square-foot space features a welcoming lobby; three (3) custom classrooms, each featuring their own size-specific bathrooms and sinks; custom kitchen; laundry facilities; private office; storage; and an outdoor playground with turf and handicap accessible ramp.

Empire has completed multiple childcare and educational facilities.
