Empire Completes South Meadow Marketplace Store Relocation

Ithaca, New York – Empire Commercial Construction, a regional general contractor that specializes in turn-key retail construction, recently completed the construction contract for relocation and reimagined build-out of the Staples in Ithaca, NY. Empire partnered with Taylor Associates Architects for design and construction of the 20,652 square foot space located at 744 South Meadow Street Ithaca, NY within the South Meadow Marketplace Plaza. Staples moved from its former location next to PetSmart into a space between Trader Joe’s and Ulta Beauty.
