Project Summary
Empire was awarded the construction contract for Apple Cinemas. Empire will be transforming the 27,000 SF former Pittsford Cinema 9 space into the Massachusetts-based luxury movie theater chain’s 13th location, and the first in NYS. The cinema will feature eight screens, deluxe seating, 4K projection, and Dolby ATMOS sound. As part of a full-service experience, a full kitchen will be added.
