Empire Delivering New Buffalo Location at Delaware Consumer Square

Empire Commercial Construction is completing construction of the new Sherwin Williams location at the Delaware Consumer Square shopping center in Buffalo, NY. Empire teamed with Chadha + Associates and Kromak Design on behalf of national developer DLC Management Corporation, for design and construction of the 4,600-square-foot interior build-out and renovation located at 2730 Delaware Avenue. Completion is anticipated for June, 2020.

With more than 4,300 neighborhood stores across North America, there are over a dozen Sherwin William locations in and around the Buffalo market. Tenant build-out work for the new Delaware Consumer Square location includes new partitions; power and lighting; new rooftop HVAC equipment and ductwork; new step-down transformer and power panels; new single-user restroom; private office; retail sales area; product storage area; and new exterior ramp for product delivery/accessible means of egress.
